Diets are temporary, instead at Transforming Life Fitness we educate around a simple and repeatable system to create consistency and new sustainable results without drastically changing your eating habits.

Your nutrition road map to success is built on your needs and where you are now, where you want to be, current habits, and your likes and dislikes. The level of success is ensured by providing you a sense of flexibility, by focusing on the macronutrients within the food you incorporate into your daily intake.

Being able to enjoy some of your favourite foods if they fit your macros is one of the keys to making sustainable health and lifestyle change.

Transforming Life Fitness breaks down your individual nutritional needs based on your goals, current physical abilities and projected activity to achieve your goals. 80% of your result is based on what you are eating daily. 

Tracking your food intake will give us a clear picture of what your current nutrition looks like.  This will help us see what foods are holding you back and where we can make tweaks to your nutritional road map to continue your journey to a successful health transformation.

At Transforming Life Fitness will provide nutritional strategies to also keep you on track to achieve your goals around your lifestyle, work and family events, holidays and Covid. We believe having a process to fall back on when your nutritional intake is out of your control is very important.

Your water consumption plays a huge part in delivering all the macro nutrients to where they are needed in your body.  Drinking enough water daily will optimise organ function which will help you better absorb the nutrients you require to achieve your health goals.  We at Transforming Life Fitness encourage you to drink 1L of water for every 25kg of body weight. 

We will help you along with tips and tricks to increase your water intake, until it becomes a habit.

At Transforming Life Fitness, we also take on the responsibility to provide you with as many resources around nutrition, hydration, mindset and exercise to make your choices along your journey to be as well informed to keep you on track for success. This takes the guess work out and provides you with a higher level of certainty, that leads to more consistent positive actions.

What drives you to show up to do the work daily? We at Transforming Life Fitness will work with you to create a new level of focus that will keep you on track, no matter what challenges life throws at you.  

Five step process:

We at Transforming Life Fitness will get you to dig deeper. You will be required to complete the goal setting template, which requires you to list mini goals around different areas of your life. This will create a greater purpose that’s bigger than just getting fit.

We will help you identify the roadblocks that are stopping you from achieving your goals. Knowing and identifying triggers that cause you to self-sabotage, will create opportunities to define actions for these triggers to keep you moving forward.

Often the main root cause of failure is the fear of failure or the fear of what others will say or think of you. These fears can often stop you from taking the action you know that will move you closer to achieving your goals.

Transforming Life Fitness will guide you to clearly define your path of success to remove this fear of failure.  We will focus on how to overcome these issues as they arise to keep you on track to your goals.

Designing clear activities to help you achieve your goal is the next step in the process.  Incorporating these activities into your daily action plan will ensure that these goals are incorporated into your lifestyle.

We will also hold you accountable through daily action items that you will need to submit like macro’s hit, workout completed, daily reading done to keep you in solution driven mindset, weekly results like measurements, photos.

Knowing your weekly goals and being accountable to your coach daily will keep you honest in the execution of your plan.

Exercise

We at Transforming Life Fitness aim to deliver exercise programs that are based both your goals and your physical assessment. 

Once your assessment is completed, we will have a better understanding of the aspects of your physical capabilities. By understanding any restrictions in mobility, your range of motion or if you have any injuries, we will be able to create exercises that you enjoy, make you feel good and are suited to help you achieve your goals.

Knowing where you are now allows us to build an exercise program that advances your performance across all aspects resulting in a dynamic and holistic health transformation. 

We aim to ensure that you progress throughout this journey by supporting you to improve your technique. By providing you with videos and face to face consultations to help you build your confidence in performing the exercises, you will progress in your journey and enhance your performance and form each week.

My Story

How It Started

In the beginning I leant on my brother for motivation and to create my own momentum.  I’ll be honest, it was the kick up my ass from my younger brother that I needed at the time to break the self-sabotage pattern. We started with a 2km run/jog in which I would have stopped at least 20 times. It wasn’t long before I built on own momentum, my self-confidence grew along with my competitive spirit to push myself harder.

Starting My Fitness Career

My Fitness/Healthy Active Lifestyle started in 2016. It was a time that I was at my lowest points both physically and mentally. I had just been made redundant and struggled to get my next job. To cope with stress back then my best friend was food resulting in my gaining 20+ kilograms. Sport has always been a passion of mine. It was at this point I decided for things to change I had to change. I decided to work harder on myself mentally by getting qualified as a Personal Trainer and physically by growing into a healthier and fitter version of myself focusing on making consistent progress.

Taking on Life’s Challenges through Massive Positive Actions

2020 Challenged the whole world to find a way to survive. Working in the Fitness and Wellness industry I was faced with closed gyms and clients forced to stop their training as their financial situations were impacted due to covid. I had a choice to make either be satisfied with sitting at home on job keeper or find way to continue to work with clients who wanted to continue training. I choose to buy as much equipment as I could fit in our Volkswagen Golf. I trained at the park, in their backyards, front yards, online. In a way we supported each other through the mental challenges that came with being in constant lockdown and the uncertainty that lockdowns brought. It was my decision not to give up on my clients and my business meant I’ve come out of last two years stronger both mentally having found a way to keep moving forward and physically having just competed in my first body building competition in which I came 2nd laying a solid foundation for 2023 and beyond.

To empower you to achieve a greater level of health and lifestyle goals through a sustainable tried and tested system.  Providing you with the tool kit and helping you find your ‘why’ to keep you focused to show up and do the work daily, creating consistency to achieve your goals.

My Story and Vision

My fitness transformation started in 2016. I was stressed and was at my lowest point, so food became my coping mechanism.

I gained over 20 kilos before deciding it was time for a change.

My little brother kicked me into shape, taking me on 2km jogs, which after a lot of work became 2km runs. I built momentum, my self-confidence grew, and I pushed myself harder.

I became qualified as a Personal Trainer and grew into a healthier version of myself through consistent progress. My vision for the future is to continue this work and empower 10,000 by 2026 to achieve their health and lifestyle goals.
